On this episode we go through the principal energies of the fifth chakra, the Throat.
This blue Throat Chakra is responsible for all aspects of our expression.
It is the chakra responsible for all aspects of communication, honesty and truth. Through it we can communicate all principles of the other chakras: our feelings, thoughts, issues, ideas and creativity.
When we develop this chakra and our capacity for communication, we can allow ourselves to show to the world, live out our truth and be free to be who we are!
